Filburt
Filburt Shellbach, or in early episodes Philbert Robert Norbert Wilbert Turtle III (obviously forced to change it to avoid anyone laughing at him), is a main/supporting character of Rocko's Modern Life. Starting out as a background character with very little dialogue in the first season, Filbert became a major character by the second season.
