Flag of Barcelona
The current flag of Barcelona combines the cross of Saint George (in Catalan, Sant Jordi), the patron saint of the city, with the traditional red and yellow bars of the Senyera, the ancient symbol of Catalonia (here, the bars are vertical, though the modern flag of Catalonia has horizontal stripes).
