Felipe Agoncillo
Felipe Agoncillo was the Filipino representative to the negotiations in Paris that led to the Treaty of Paris (1898), ending the Spanish-American War. However, Agoncillo was excluded from sessions as the revolutionary government of the Philippines was not recognized by the family of nations.
