Federweisser
Federweisser, also spelled as Federweißer, is known as Suser, Sauser or Junger Wein in Southwest Germany, Switzerland and South Tyrol, Sturm in Austria, New Wine in the Palatinate, Bremser in Franconia, and burčák in Czech Republic. It is a fermenting grape must.
