Felipe Quispe
Felipe Quispe Huanca "El Mallku" (Aymara language: "prince") is a radical Bolivian political leader. He heads the Pachakuti Indigenous Movement (MIP) and is general secretary of the United Union Confederation of Working Peasants of Bolivia (CSUTCB).
