Dr. Farkhonda Hassan (Arabic: الدكتورة فرخندة حسن) is a professor of Geology at the American University in Cairo (AUC) and is chair of the Commission on Human Development and Local Administration of the Shoura Assembly (Second House of the Egyptian Parliament).
