Felix Kulov



Felix Sharshenbayevich Kulov (Феликс Шаршенбаевич Кулов; born 29 October 1948 in Bishkek) is the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan. He first served from 1 September 2005 until he resigned on 19 December 2006.
