Felicjan Sławoj Składkowski



Felicjan Sławoj Składkowski (9 July 1885 - 31 August 1962) was a Polish general and a politician who served as the last Prime Minister of Poland before World War II, who read medicine at the Jagiellonian University. Whilst at the helm of the country, appalled by the sanitation, or rather the lack of it, in many of Poland's villages, issued a decree that every household in Poland must have a latrine in working order.
