FĂ©lix Heredia Perez is a Major League Baseball pitcher who was born on June 18, 1975 in Santa Cruz de Barahona, Dominican Republic on the Detroit Tigers. On October 18, 2005 he became the 11th MLB player to be suspended for testing positive for steroids.
