Fintan MacCarthy
Fintan McCarthy was an Irish Green Party politician and was elected to the South Dublin County Council in 2004. He became interested in local politics in the early 1990s during the controversial rezonings resulting in Lucan becoming designated for expansion without thought to adequate amenities or infrastructure.
