Faith and rationality

Faith and rationality are two modes of belief which are seen to exist in varying degrees of conflict or compatibility. Faith is generally defined either as belief not grounded in evidence and/or reason or as belief in what cannot be understood, while rationality is belief grounded in logic and/or evidence.
