First Law
First Law is a science fiction short story by Isaac Asimov, first published in 1956 in Fantastic Universe Science Fiction magazine and later collected in The Rest of the Robots and The Complete Robot. It is part of the Robot Series, with a plot involving positronic robots, however it contains numerous inconsistencies that arguably place it outside the Foundation universe.
