Fighter Emergency Program
The Fighter Emergency Program (in German, Jägernotprogramm) was a shift in 1944 by the Luftwaffe to halt all production of bombers and shift production to defensive fighters. The program included development of experimental jet aircraft and one fighter featuring vertical takeoff.
