Fixed-Mobile Convergence Alliance
Fixed-Mobile Convergence Alliance formed in mid-2004, operates under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and benefits from a growing membership base of 25 leading telecom operators, 24 of which are integrated telecom operators owning both fixed and mobile networks. The alliance was founded by six companies: British Telecom, NTT, Rogers Wireless, Brasil Telecom, Korea Telecom and Swisscom.
