Finnish Minister Secretary of State
The Minister - Secretary of State for Finland (in Finnish Ministerivaltiosihteeri; in Swedish Ministerstatssekretar) represented Finnish interests in the Imperial Court in Saint Petersburg. Before 1834 the title was secretary of state.
