Fiction Collective Two is an author-run, not-for-profit publisher of avant-garde, experimental fiction supported in part by Florida State University, the Florida Arts Council, Illinois State University, the Illinois Arts Council, the National Endowment for the Arts and private contributors. FC2 was founded as a continuation of the Fiction Collective founded in 1974 in order to "make serious novels and story collections available" and "to keep them in print permanently.
