Fernando Nogueira



Joaquim Fernando Nogueira (born 1950) is a Portuguese politician. He was during AnĂ­bal Cavaco Silva governments, Minister of the Parliamentary Affairs (1985-1987), Justice (1987-1990) and National Defense (1990-1995).
