FC Etar Veliko Tarnovo (ФК Етър Велико Търново) is a Bulgarian football club from Veliko Tarnovo currently competing in the second division of Bulgarian football as PFC Etar-1924. Founded in 1924, the team was champion of Bulgaria during the 1990-91 season.
