George Radcliffe Colton
George Radcliffe Colton (1865 or 1866—1916) was the Governor of Puerto Rico from November 6, 1909 to November 5, 1913, a position to which he was appointed by President William Howard Taft. He was originally from Galesburg, Illinois.
