George Moreland Stamps
George Moreland Stamps (born June 15, 1924) was an American B-17 Flying Fortress bomber pilot during World War II, a mathematics and physics instructor at Fort Schuyler Maritime Academy, and the principal developer of the modern fax machine while working for Hogan Labs (NYC) in the 1950'2. Telautograph 1959-1963, and Magnavox 1963-1973, and Xerox 1973-1976.
