George Hubbard Blakeslee



George Hubbard Blakeslee (1871-1954) was an academic, professor at Clark University and the founder of the Journal of Race Development, which despite its name suggestive of eugenics was, in fact, the first American journal devoted to international relations. This journal was later renamed the Journal of International Relations], which in turn was merged with [[Foreign Affairs.
