Götz Otto
Götz Otto (born October 15 1967 in Dietzenbach, Offenbach, Germany) is a powerfully built German actor perhaps most famous for his portrayal as Mr. Stamper the assistant of Elliot Carver (Jonathan Pryce) in the 1997 James Bond film, Tomorrow Never Dies.
