GD Amarantes
GrĂŞmio Desportivo Amarantes (Capeverdean Crioulo, ALUPEC or ALUPEK: GD Amarantis, SĂŁo Vicente: GD Amarantes) is a football (soccer) club that had played in the Premier division and plays in the the SĂŁo Vicente Island League in Cape Verde. It is based in the city of Mindelo in the island of SĂŁo Vicente and plays in the stadium with a capacity of 5,000 It is one of many teams that only one one title since independence.
