Georges-Isidore Barthe
Georges-Isidore Barthe (November 16 1834 – August 11 1900 ) was a Quebec lawyer, publisher, journalist and political figure. He represented Richelieu in the Canadian House of Commons as an Independent Conservative from 1870 to 1872 and 1874 to 1878.
