Geriatric care management
Geriatric care management is a service that provides assistance to the elderly and their families when they are faced with problems they are unable to resolve on their own. Most geriatric care managaers have backgrounds in social work or nursing, or another human service such as counseling, gerontology, speech, physical or occupational therapy.
