Gay rights in the Isle of Man
The Isle of Man, a British crown dependency, has no sodomy laws; the age of sexual consent is 16 for all. It is however an offence for anyone who is over the age of 18 to enter into a sexual relationship with someone aged 16 or 17 when they are in a position of trust over the young person.
