Gök Runestone

The Gök Runestone is, beside the nearby Ramsund carving, one of seven Swedish runestones that are the earliest extant representation of the legend of Sigurd who appears in the Iceland Völsunga saga and the German Nibelungenlied as well as in Richard Wagner's operas.
