GAKIC
GAKIC is a name for formulations comprised of the glycine and L-arginine salt of alpha-ketoisocaproic acid calcium, and is a registered trademark. Clinical studies in humans demonstrate that oral consumption of GAKIC enhances muscle performance and recovery from fatigue by sustaining muscle force and work output during intense anaerobic exercise.
