Gender-neutrality in languages without grammatical gender

Gender-neutral language refers to language that attempts to refer neither to males nor females when discussing an abstract or hypothetical person whose sex cannot otherwise be determined. These languages do not have grammatical gender; however, this does not mean that the languages do not face any issue with regards to gender-neutrality.
