Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing



Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing is a symbolic language used on engineering drawings and computer generated three-dimensional solid models (CAD) for explicitly describing nominal geometry and its allowable variation. It is often referred to by the abbreviation, GD&T.
