George Moose
George Edward Moose (born June 23, 1944) was an American diplomat who served as Assistant Secretary of State for African AffairsAmbassador to the UN] agencies in Geneva, and as Ambassador to the Republics of [[Benin and Senegal. He is primarily known for serving as Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs in the Clinton Administration during the genocide in Rwanda.
