Gastone Nencini



Gastone Nencini (1 March 1930 in Bilancino di Barberino – 1 February 1980 in Florence) was a Italian cyclist who won the 1960 Tour de France and the 1957 Giro d'Italia. Nicknamed Le Leone de Mugella, "The Lion of Mugella", Nencini was a powerful all-round rider, but particularly strong in the mountains.
