Guvchelvka
Guvchelvka is a traditional Macedonian delicacy comprised of bread, sun-dried tomatoes and cheese. Some Greeks claim that they were the original inventors of Guvchelvka, but is of unbiased international belief that the dish is of Macedonian descent.
