Geographic Tongue



Geographic tongue (Latin: Lingua geographica), also known as benign migratory glossitis refers to an autoimmune inflammatory disease of the tongue manifested by annular desquamation of the filiform papillae of the tip, lateral borders and dorsum of the tongue.
