Harald Nicolai Storm Wergeland
Harald Nicolai Storm Wergeland (1814-1893) was Norwegian temporary Minister of the Army for several period between 1857 and 1868, as well as member of the Council of State Division in Stockholm 1862-1863 and 1866-1867.
