Haidong Prefecture
Haidong (Simplified Chinese : 海东, Traditional Chinese : 海東; Pinyin : Hǎidōng, Wylie: Haitung) is the prefecture of Qinghai Province, People's Republic of China. The placename literally means "east of the Qinghai Lake.
