Health and social services access card (Australia)
On Wednesday 26 April 2006, John Howard, Prime Minister of Australia, announced that the Australian Federal Government will introduce a new health and social services access card. The card will be non-compulsory and is separate to a National Identity Card that has at times been proposed by the government.
