H with descender
H with descender is a letter of the Latin alphabet, derived from H with the addition of a small descender. It was used in Uighur to represent a voiceless glottal fricative (English h, IPA: ), while a regular H was used to represent a voiceless velar fricative (German ch in ach, IPA: ).
