Hall M. Lyons



Hall McCord Lyons (December 22, 1923 -- July 22, 1998) was a Shreveport and, later, Lafayette oilman who for a short time was a pioneer in the establishment of a competititve Republican Party in Louisiana. He was the son of the party's 1964 gubernatorial nominee, Charlton Havard Lyons, Sr.
