Helbert Frederico Carreiro da Silva, usually known as Fred (born 18 August 1979), is a football (soccer) player from Brazil, currently playing for Melbourne Victory in the A-League. Previously he has played for Brazilian clubs América-MG, Guarani and Tupi FC.
