Hasan Abad (Kurdish:حه سه ن ئاوا) (Persian: حسن آباد) is a village about 3 miles southwest of Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province, Iran. It's famous for its old castle of Media named "Qualai-Hasan Awa" (in Kurdish meaning the Castle of Hasan Abad).
