H. E. Stuart Beck
His Excellency Stuart Beck is the Permanent Representative of Palau to the United Nations. He was featured on August 3, 2006 on The Colbert Report in a segement which mocked his country's contribtion to the Coalition of the Willing to the Iraqi War.
