Hellmut Wolff
Professor Hellmut Wolff (born 30th March 1906 - 22nd March 1986 or 10 April 1876 - 20 February 1961), was a German academic, mystic, Germanic revivalist, and most notably a Pendulum dowser. He was used by the German military during the Third Reich, not necessarily willingly.
