Hello Panda
Hello Panda is a popular brand of Japanese biscuits, manufactured by Meiji Seika. Each biscuit consists of a small hollow shortbread layer, within which resides either vanilla, strawberry, peanut butter or chocolate filling, of which chocolate is most common.
