Hard Drive (SWAT Kats)
Hard Drive is a villain in the animated television series SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron, a technology thief who uses his "Surge Coat" to manipulate electricity and even transform himself into an electrical current and travel through powerlines. He first appears in Night of the Dark Kat, acting as Dark Kat's henchman and assisting him in framing the SWAT Kats.
