Helicoverpa armigera
The Cotton Bollworm, Corn Earworm, Tobacco Budworm or Old World Bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera, also known as the Scarce Bordered Straw in the UK, where it is an immigrant) is a moth whose larvae are known to feed on a wide array of plants including a range of plants cultivated by humans. They are among the most polyphagous and cosmopolitan pests.
