Harbin Incident
The Harbin Incident occurred during the Invasion of Manchuria in January, 1932. Kenji Doihara, head of the Harbin Special Agency was forced to call upon the Kwantung Army to assist the Manchurian puppet General Hsi Hsia to take Harbin.
