H. Johannes Witteveen
Hendrikus Johannes (Johan) Witteveen (born June 12, 1921) was the Finance Minister of the Netherlands. He became the fifth Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) the September 1, 1973 until June 16, 1978.
