Hans Garrett Moore
Hans Garrett Moore (VC, CB) (20 September 1830 - 6 October 1889), born in Carlingford, County Louth, Ireland, was an Irish recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces.
