Hailar, Inner Mongolia



Hailar (海拉尔; pinyin: Hǎilā'ěr) is a city in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, People's Republic of China. Administratively speaking, it is a district of Hulunbuir prefecture-level city, and the capital of that prefecture-level city.
